Huge tip. I use a pomodoro timer when working.

About 25 minutes for a session with a 3/4 cup of coffee. Keeps me focused and on point.

I also start using InboxWhenReady (free version) so it makes it hard to check email first thing – now it’s a habit.

I check my email waaaay less.

So I spend more time directing myself on what actually needs to be done.
